This is the PC DVD-Rom video game for You Don't Know Jack - The Irreverent Trivia Party Game. Basically what you see is what you get. This comes in the original amaray ("DVD") case inside of the original slip cover.

As far as disc condition, there are superficial marks on the disc. Nothing out of the ordinary or terrible, I just want to be clear that it is not perfect.
