Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within the following periods:
Defective/ Wrong Items: within the warranty period,
Non-Defective Merchandise: within 7 days of receipt (20% restocking fee will be charged). - The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will not refund shipping costs.
