These were installed on march of 2025.  They were all new and installed by Siemens.  During a walk thru, the building developer decided that he did not like the color of the smoke detectors (which were off white).  He asked if they could be removed and painted and Siemens said NO that painting them would remove the warranty.  so the developer decided that he would go with another model that comes in black.   He's exact words were "The smoke detectors look like they are aged and his copper ceilings in the hallways dont look as good".  This was a very high end condo (starting at $1 million and above).   So he paid them to tear them out and we purchased them from him.
