The sections tested at 2700/2700 on a scale of 0-3000, where 1500 or more is "GOOD".   ...and NO shorts or gas detected.

Ref:  New tubes will typically test at 2600+/2600+ on this tester.   

This tube tested as good as many NOS tubes would test and has perfectly matched sections!
