How to use:
Connect the host and the massage pad, stand on the massage pad with your feet close together, ------------- press the + number to start the machine, press the - number to turn off the machine until it reaches 0. There are 8 modes in total, each mode has 19 gears. Press the + number once to increase one gear, and vice versa. Press the M key can switch different mode (Beat/Massage/Actvation/Train/Knead/Shaping/Extrusion/Slap)
