This piece was introduced in 1991 and is now retired. 

The building is made of porcelain and has product dimensions of 4.25 x 4.5 x 8 inches
Mint condition, in its original box with styrofoam case light and light cord. Great condition, no issues, smoke free home.
This is back stock from former Dept 56 Vendor, new/ not displayed. Outside box sleeve has wear from age and storage.
NEW. Due to age & storage, the outside box sleeve is discolored & worn.
