Charming and rare large Steiff Kangoo kangaroo made in Germany, circa 1950s-60s. Expertly crafted from tan and cream mohair with felt paw pads, glass eyes, and a hand-stitched nose and mouth. Head is jointed and turns gently. Tail and legs are firmly stuffed for display standing or leaning. A beautiful example of Steiff’s post-war craftsmanship and lifelike design.
