I believe this to be a vintage Cast Iron Door Knocker, it looks to be identical to the Archibald Kenrick Christopher Dresser #448 Geometric Design.
From research I think the originals would have had the Kenrick Name embossed at the rear but this one has corrosion so Lettering is very feint (I do not have the knowledge to tell if this was made by Kenrick or if it is a vintage copy) I will leave that for the buyer to decide, either way it is an interesting vintage Door Knocker - Please see photos for your own judgement.
