3.Spring steel sheet is made of stainless steel, no matter how bent it is, it can return to flatnessThe spring steel sheet is flat and flexible, you just need to tear off the 3M tape of magnetic base and paste it on platform, then put the printing sheet on the magnetic base,the printing sheet will automatically attracted to magnetic base, no glue ,no screw, just put and print.The spring steel sheet can be bent to remove the mold quickly, without the help of other tools. And the plate will return to flatness,no deformation.

USE METHOD

1. Level the hotbed before printing (the distance between the nozzle and the hot bed is generally A4 paper thickness).
2. Tear off the 3M tape on the magnetic base and stick it on heat bed platform, make it flat and do not leave air bubbles.
3. Put the spring steel plate on the magnetic base.
4. Start printing, the temperature of the hot bed can be set to 40°C-120°C according to the actual situation (hotbed do not exceed 120°C).
5.Take down the spring steel plate when it cool down,and bent slightly to get the printing model.

Notice

1.the spring steel plate will be a slight bending because of the high-temperature process production,but please don't worry, the magnetic base will attract it flat.
2.Before buying the sheet without magnetic base, please make sure that you have the magnetic base already, if you are not, then buy with magnetic base.
