Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kavanagh, who let movie star Jane Russell have their baby son last November, arrive at London Court today. They were discharged conditionally after pleading guilty to "unlawfully permitting the care and possession of an infant to be transferred." The court's action appeared to clear the way for adoption of 20-month-old Tommy Kanavagh, now with Miss Russell in Hollywood.Photo measures 9.5 x 6.5inches. Photo is dated 4-24-1952.
