1. Motor Hall overhaul method
A. Visual Inspection
Check whether the wire color of each plug is connected correctly, and whether the plug and the plug spring of the connector are connected reliably. To avoid wrong connection or poor contact and can not work properly.
B. Hall detection method
1. Multimeter detection method
a) with a multimeter voltage (DC 20V) to measure the Hall power supply (red and black wires) voltage between the 4.3V.
b) with a multimeter voltage gear (DC 20V) observation Hall signal line (yellow, green and blue) respectively to the ground voltage. Slowly reverse the motor, observation of the signal line voltage is 0V-4.3V change between. If a phase will not change that this phase Hall has been bad. 2. Hall repair methods
Hall detector Hall connector and motor butt, turn on the power. Slowly reverse the motor, observe the signal line corresponding to the LED is flashing. If a phase will not change that this phase of the Hall has been bad.
