Medical Equipment Policies: We do not certify or test the equipment being sold for patient use. It is up to the purchaser to meet all requirements and regulation and certification processes that are deemed necessary per FDA or any other regulatory agencies that may be applicable.  If you purchase medical, laboratory or any equipment that will be for PATIENT use, it is the BUYERS responsibility to have the equipment certified, tested or inspected prior to patient use. No exceptions.

Prior to using the item individually or on a patient, you (Buyer) will seek if applicable the manufacturer or your personal/medical care/health care provider for full details on proper usage of the item, instruction for fitting and wearing of an item if applicable, maintenance/operations, care of item or any regulatory requirements for the item. You (Buyer) of the item agree to use this product at his own risk and agree to hold harmless seller, and release owners, from any damage and/or liability he/she may incur due to the use of the item.


Regardless of the origin of the equipment, documentation provided or identification appearing upon the equipment, the equipment described and offered here is in no way certified for, recommended for, or offered for any specific use. The purchaser agrees that the seller shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries or damages whether or incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment. The purchaser by bidding on this equipment, indicated their acknowledgement of, and agreement to the terms of this disclaimer. It is the purchaser's responsibility to have the item inspected and certified by a qualified professional before any use.

*USPS is not always scanning items along the delivery route, if you don't see tracking updates please message me first before opening an item not received case so I can contact USPS to find your package.

*My handling time for most items is 1-3 business days. Please message me if you need rush processing and I will see what I can do. Smaller items usually ship fast, larger items usually 2-3 days. 

*Very large items may take 5 business days (1 calendar week) to process as I need to build a custom box. 

*If  you choose FedEx shipping instead of USPS, your item can only ship to a street address in the lower 48 states, no Alaska or Hawaii, APO FPO or P.O. Boxes. (For most large and/or heavy items FedEx is the only shipping option). Thanks for understanding.

*Unless you request it at checkout or in messages, there will be no signature required for orders totaling less than $750.
