Vintage Hard Plastic Bubble Pipe Toy Yellow Red Hand Painted 4.5" Play Smoking

This is a vintage hard plastic bubble pipe toy that is red and yellow colors. The item measures 4 1/2" x 5/8" x 3/4" and features a hand painted floral motif on one side. I don't see a maker's mark. There is some minor bite marks on end as might be expected. No cracks. My photos are of the actual item you are getting. See my store for other interesting vintage toys.
