Vintage 1940s White Crochet Lace Gloves – Handmade in Ukraine

Beautiful and delicate vintage women’s gloves, finely crocheted by hand in Ukraine in the 1940s.

Made of thin cotton thread in an airy lace mesh pattern. The gloves are seamless from the fingertips to the wrist, then feature a decorative “ribbed” line imitating a cuff, followed by a small flared ruffle finish.

One small note: at the wrist area (near the pulse line) there’s a minor separation in the decorative “rib” part — see photo. This does not affect wear or appearance, as it’s hidden when worn.

The gloves have been gently used and remain in good overall vintage condition.

Shown both on a hand (size approx. 6.5–7) and laid flat. Due to the stretchy openwork pattern, they can slightly adapt to a smaller or slightly larger hand.

After light washing, crochet gloves tend to shrink a bit and regain snug fit.
