An 11 1/2 inch tall light TURQUOISE AQUA MARINE colored western cylinder fifth antique CALIFORNIA BITTERS bottle.  This is a Western blown bottle, according to the western whiskey bottle legend John Thomas, the base embossing indicates it was blown at the HOLT GLASS CO. in BERKELEY CALIFORNIA.  It is an original antique hand Blown Into Mold bottle (BIM) with a tooled top, dating it all the way back to the late 1800's, well over ONE CENTURY OLD !

  • Bottle embossed:  "DAMIANA BITTERS / BAJA CALIFORNIA".  Then the base is embossed "31 / H" which has been attributed (by western whiskey legend John Thomas) to the HOLT GLASS WORKS of WEST BERKELEY CALIFORNIA. 

  • Condition:   Bottle is in super clean condition.  It may have some traces of content haze or age wear, but just traces.  It has NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc.   Please see pictures for accurate idea of bottle's overall appearance and condition.

  • Age:  An ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand-blown bottle (Blown-In-Mold = BIM) with a tooled-top, ca. late 1800's.
