• Please confirm shipping address before completing check-out.
• Packages are shipped next business day (excluding weekends & holidays). - Alternate shipping dates cannot be accommodated. 
• Most curated items are previously owned with various wear & described with the best intent to detail from a clean smoke-free environment.  
• Measurements are approximate. Seller not responsible for designer sizings, materials used, or manufacturers assembly process.  
• Item brightness & color hues in photos may differ from actual tones due to studio lighting spectrums & background.

SHIPPING / RETURNS / AUCTIONS / DISCLAIMERS

INTERNATIONAL SALES:  are shipped ONLY through ebay’s Global Shipping.  Postage & custom fees are set directly through ebay shipping & not from seller.  Items are initially processed through a United States based ebay shipping center, & may get delayed in customs due to: destination, custom laws, etc, however; packages are tracked during shipping process.

RETURNS:  Per ebay return policies return requests must be processed through ebay’s site to be applicable for refund.  Returns MUST be returned to seller in original shipped condition including packaging & any attached tags.  Any alterations, removal of tags, missing parts, or any damage caused to return item will render it unacceptable for refund. 

Returned items that have been worn/used or not in original packaged & shipped condition, per ebay’s ‘seller return rights’ policies; a 15% - 50% deduction will be applied, & only a partial refund will be credited for the decreased loss of the item's value. Disregard of return policy will void any approval for refund. Refunds may take up to two business days to process per the applicable terms associated with the original purchase transaction. Attempting to manipulate return transactions are forbidden on ebay.   

AUCTIONS & OFFERS: Per ebay policies; buyers are responsible for any purchasing or bidding activity. Accepted offers & auctions won are a contractual  binding transaction & buyer is legally responsible for all associated payments associated with item purchased. Thank you!
