Estate sale purchase from a personal early 1900s Elks Lodge collection of memorabilia. This piece is not dated. Is stamped on the back CMR (CM Robbins). The very top "O" ring is stamped with patent information. Very hard to read. I zoomed in at x4 to try and capture this information.
