Rare Chinoiserie Hand Painted Decorative

Ceramic Carpet Ball. Gorgeous painted

burnt orange, greens, and yellows  on a light

grey/beige "crackalure" glaze. Stunning & so

rare in these colours . There is a hole in the

base to let out hot air during the firing

process & small unglazed patches next to

the hole where the ball is supported in the

kiln -these are not faults but part of the

production process. There are some areas of paint loss but overall in good vintage condition. See pics Approx 4" height and 13" circumference.
