Buyer notice: There are signs of wears noticed on the game disc and disc case.  Creases are also noticed on the game manual.  Buyer must consider and accept these conditions before making payment to the item.

For US buyers: The item would be shipped to the US by cross-border freight company with US return address.

Combined shipping is available upon request.  For buyers from extreme remote areas within Canada (e.g. mail service only covered by Canada Post), please contact us before placing order as extra shipping fee may apply.  Due to frequent strike by Canada Post, order may not be able to ship pit to remote address during strike period.
