Description Billy was the new kid at Bookman Elementary School. He was a bully and he wanted all the kids to know it. Billy looked like a bully. He walked around the school with a mean look on his face and clenched fists. He was always ready to fight. Everyone knew he was a troublemaker and usually stayed out of his way except Patrick. He seemed to run into Billy all the time, through no fault of his own. Billy picked on Patrick and all the kids laughed. Patrick didn't find it very funny. As a matter of fact, he was about to put a stop to this.
