Ideally, you will
have been professionally fitted. Be sure to do your due diligence
as to the specs and features & benefits and for whom the shaft is
intended PRIOR to purchase. We are unable to keep our prices so
low and accept returns on shafts after they have been used or
"demo'd". Minimum 30% refund reduction charge based on returned
condition.
As
standard, we ship assembled with an aftermarket adapter tip, set
for graphics to point down when in the standard position. We
include a generic velvet style grip in standard size (default) or
Midsize (let us know) or we can leave it ungripped if you prefer
(let us know), but do not offer any other options. Same price for
any option.
A note about selecting the correct adapter tip. For Callaway
hybrid models Alpha 815, Big Bertha 2015, Big Bertha 2016, and
Epic Hybrids select the "Callaway
Hy Optifit2" adapter
tip. For the 2019 Super Hybrid, 2019 Epic Flash, Big Bertha 2019
and Apex 2021 hybrids select the "Callaway
Hy Optifit3". For all
other vendors, there has been no change to the adapter tip and so,
if your club is adjustable, choose their respective tip from the
dropdown menu.
PLEASE NOTE: The
different characteristics of any new shaft such as overall weight
and where the weight is placed in the shaft by design, and of
course length, as compared to the original, may change the
swingweight, and so we alert you to this possibility. Playing
length may vary slightly based on model. Generally the length
will play approximately 1/2" longer than the shaft with tip and
grip as listed in the dropdown menu when an adapter tip is used.
We suggest that you pull the current shaft and measure from the
tip to grip while outside the head to make the precise length
selection from the dropdown menu.
If your hybrid does not utilize an adapter tip, we
recommend that all prep work be done when installing the shaft in
your head. Should you need something other than standard as
described here or available in the dropdown menu, please send us a
note with the transaction itself & a direct message IMMEDIATELY
AFTER purchase.
