Does not work. Does not come with a power cord or batteries. One of the rivets on battery holder is missing and has a piece of wire on it to attempt a connection, goes not work. Some dents and scratches and scuffing and dust and dirt and other wear. Buyer is purchasing the scanner with full understanding that it does not work and is being sold for parts.
