This ball was made as a collaboration between Adidas and renowned Japanese Soccer Store SS Kamo, to celebrate the 50th Anniversary since the stores opening in 1968, as this is the 2018 Telstar ball, but in blue, as one of the first Adidas products sold at the store were the blue and black Adidas La Plata boots in 1968.

This was sold in very, very limited quantities in 2018 in Japan, and alongside the ball there were 3 different model boots also part of the anniversary collection, made with a similar colour scheme, to which each model boot had only 80 pairs made worldwide, which while it is undisclosed how many of the balls were made, it is very likely of a similar amount, making this ball incredibly rare, hence why it's extremely hard to find this nowadays.  

It is the same matchball in terms of quality and design as the 2018 World Cup Official Matchball, with the same logos and branding, but with blue colours instead of grey, although this one has has the Japanese Football Association Logo.

This ball was very slightly used by the previous owner, meaning it is still very fitting to be put on display as part of a collection, and given the rarity of this, I'd suggest to buy with the intention to collect it and put on display, as these are already scarce, so rather wouldn't make sense to lower those numbers even more.
