This is a vintage "Winsome" brand 14kt white gold wedding ring set for remount....no diamond / no gem. This is a pre-owned ring set in size 6. The diamond was removed. Two prongs have been snipped. The diamond was approximately 2mm. The set features a textured finish on the top and high polish at the back. The band width is 2mm (not counting the head).
