This is a Kato 22-053 EC-1 Proto-Power Cab Controller. Features: A controller that works with the sound box to provide a realistic driving experience and a feeling of operation similar to that of a real train. The handle shape and specifications are accurately modeled after the image of a real train, with notches of ""power (P): 5 steps, neutral (off), braking (B): 8 steps + emergency"", and ""P"" can be turned on by pressing the button on the handle, just like a real train. When coasting in the ""off"" position, the train speed is kept constant. By using the separately sold N/HO AC adapter according to the purpose, it is possible to operate at the optimal output for N gauge and HO gauge running. Equipped with a power supply function to the sound box. The power is turned on by inserting the included master control key. The power supply to the sound box is also linked to ON/OFF. When the sound box is connected, the brake release operation (turning ""off"") sounds a brake release sound, and the sound synchronization volume (SYNC) is equipped with separate acceleration/deceleration for improved responsiveness of the running sound. Equipped with a maximum speed adjustment volume and an acceleration/deceleration adjustment volume. The exterior color of the main unit is dark gray. Side snap terminals are not installed. If snap terminals are required, such as for point switches, use the separately sold . External dimensions: 246mm x 124mm x 150mm Weight: 2.2kg.
