Traditional manual wire straightening is time-consuming and inefficient, and our wire straightening machine is a better solution to these problems. Adjustable wire diameter is 2-4mm. Address Validity: Ensure your address is valid for both UPS and USPS services. Any costs from incorrect or undeliverable addresses are borne by the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges
• All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, with all original materials included. Partial refunds may apply to opened/damaged items (depending on condition).
• Buyer's remorse returns: Return shipping fee borne by buyer; original shipping cost deducted from refund; 15% restocking fee (based on item purchase price) applies.
• Seller error returns: Full refund of item price plus shipping charges.
• All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number from us. Contact us first for details.
Defective & Damaged Products
• If products are received damaged or not as described, send us pictures/videos to help us understand and resolve the issue ASAP. This also assists with UPS claims and improves our packaging quality.
• Replacement or refund for defective/damaged products is limited to the exact same product; otherwise, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving damaged items. All returns require a RA number (as above).

eCheck Issues: eCheck payments do not clear immediately. Usually, 5-7 days are required after checkout for clearance, then we will arrange shipping.
