NB Japan (Nippon Bearing) Cross Roller slide with rare encoder.

I looked in their extensive catalog and could not find this part # SVS 2045 also OOK 37J,

 and a much larger # oSLC2445i10.1-6409o

The SVS part # stands for Standard cross roller anti-corrosive. 

I could not find any reference to an encoder. There is 8 wires on the connector with one that broke. It will have to be re-soldered.

There are also 2 screws missing on the end that don't seem to have much purpose.

travel is 30mm, whole unit is 45mm long and 24mm wide.
