Magnificent gilt brass movement, well-jeweled, with detent escapement, cylindrical balance spring, chain, and fusee. Movement similar to the Swiss chronometer (Ulysse Nardin), the top of the range in this field in the 20th century. Mahogany case with glass cover and gimbal system, allowing the chronometer to always be in a horizontal position. From the mid-20th century. Numbered.
