The Iron pot has been originated in Qin and Han Dynasties, and has a history of thousand years. During the frequent exchanges between Tang and Song Dynasties and Japan, the pot production technology was introduced to Japan. First Time Usage
- Method 1: Boil running water, wash the new tetsubin cast iron teapot, boil water 3 - 5 times continuously.
- Method 2: Boil the tea, open the cast-iron teapot black, put the tea leaves into the iron pot, add water to boil for about 10 minutes, then pour out the water in the pot, repeat 2-3 times
