Working Principle
There is a pneumatic piston mechanism inside the nozzle, a stainless steel needle is installed above the piston, and a set of high-tension spring is installed behind the piston. When the compressed air supply stops, the spring will be the piston and the spray needle forward top, the spray needle and the nozzle to high-precision close fit to block the liquid through, on the contrary, the pressure of the compressed air, will be pushed away from the piston, the spray needle and the nozzle has a gap to let the liquid sprayed, the liquid and the atomization of the air contact to produce the effect of atomization. Spray gun piston action air and atomizing air with a common, compressed air pressure must be higher than the spring force of the piston (2Kg/cm2) spray gun to work properly.
It is suitable for working environments with high atomization requirements and low spray switching frequency.
