WARRANTY/RETURNS:

We do offer a 14 day return policy.  If your unit arrives in " unworking " condition.  We will accept a return.  PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A CASE, OR CLAIM THE ITEM AS " NOT AS DESCRIBED " This will cause the solution to your problem to take longer .  Please just simply send us a message, let us know what has happened, and we will address your situation with alot of attention and speed.   We will request the unit to be sent back to us first.  The buyer pays for return shipping.   We will inspect the computer thoroughly.  We will issue and exchange, or a refund...if we find that hardware is malfunctioning.   If we find that the unit is still in perfect working order, and the fault was from the user, or software related.  We may issue a 20% restocking fee.  THIS WARRANTY IS FOR HARDWARE ONLY.  We do not warranty software damage.
