Antique Signet “Peacock Blue Ink” tin with original glass bottle, manufactured by the Russia Cement Company, Gloucester, Massachusetts – makers of Le Page’s Glue. Octagonal lithographed tin features colorful peacock and feather designs, marked on base “For Fountain Pen and Office Use.”
