PEM Electrolyzer Pure Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production Equipment Hydrogen-Oxygen Generator Hydrogen-Rich Module Hydrogen-Rich Water Machine Laboratory Use Only

Hydrogen electrolyzers utilize PEM technology to feed purified water with conductivity ≤5 μS/cm into the anode chamber. This water is supplied to the membrane electrode assembly (MEA), where anodic reactions occur to release oxygen, hydrogen ions, and electrons (2H₂O → 4H⁺ + 4e⁻ + O₂). Electrons traverse the external circuit to the cathode, while hydrogen ions (H⁺) pass through the proton exchange membrane to the cathode, where they absorb electrons to form hydrogen gas

(4H⁺ + 4e⁻ → 2H₂). This hydrogen is discharged from the cathode chamber, enters a gas-liquid separator, and undergoes separation to yield pure hydrogen gas. The H₂ electrolyzer comprises an electrode assembly, membrane electrode, and sealing components, with the membrane electrode serving as its core. Our company utilizes NAFON proton exchange membrane electrodes to ensure the electrolyzer delivers safe, stable, and high-purity hydrogen and oxygen gases.
