    Items will be shipped within 3 working days via Deutsche Post after full payment is received. The customer should receive the item within 4-10 working days after the package is shipped.

    This item has a 12-month warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects as well as other defects present at the time of delivery. This does not include damages caused by improper handling, intentional or negligent damage, improper installation or setup, connection to incorrect voltage, normal wear and tear, failure to follow the instruction manual, chemical or electrochemical effects, and force majeure.

    This limitation also applies to a defect caused by improper repair by a service partner authorized by us. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the value of the goods will be credited to you, minus shipping costs and no insurance.

    A refund will only be made if damage to the product is reported within 30 days of receipt of the item.
