Judging by the serial number, it appears to have been made in 1994.
The Strat Plus is a model from 1987 to the mid-1990s that was seen as the "standard for the next generation," a Stratocaster packed with the latest ideas of the time, pursuing more modern playability.
Features include a Lace Sensor to reduce noise and deliver clear tone, locking tuning machines and a roller nut to improve tuning stability, TBX Tone Control, a 9.5-radius fingerboard and jumbo frets for easy playability, and a trim setter to prevent tuning drift after using the arm.

Condition
The truss rod is in very good condition, the frets are in about 60-70%, and the neck is in excellent condition.
There is no rattle in the assembly, and there are no playable issues.
Tone 2 is a TBX control knob, with 0-5 representing normal tone and 5-10 representing extended tone, although the center click at 5 is difficult to discern.
It has some scratches and dents but is in player condition.
Hard case included.
