Shipping
Free postage for all UK orders. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nottingham, UK. We pride ourselves on fast dispatch—usually the same day if you order before 12:00 noon (UK time). Standard delivery is Royal Mail 48 (typically 2–3 working days). If you need it sooner, choose Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery Next Day at checkout. Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail; most arrive in 1–2 weeks, though occasional delays beyond our control can occur—thank you for your patience.
Returns
You can return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Please return items as received—unaltered, with all manufacturer’s packaging, paperwork, and guarantee. We refund your full original payment including P&P. You are responsible for safekeeping and return postage; we strongly recommend obtaining a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office to support any claim in case of loss or damage in transit. Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
