It is modeled after ICE3 international specification BR406, 4601 "Europa/Europe", which features the blue of the European flag as its livery.
By incorporating the SA002-1 powered chassis Shinkansen type (sold separately) as the middle car and the SA004-1 trailer chassis Shinkansen type (sold separately) as the leading and trailing cars, it can run on Z gauge rails.
The "ICE" logo on the leading car is the old logo, just like the actual 4601 train.
The logo on the intermediate cars is the "Bordbistro" design.
The coupler cover can be removed to allow the leading car to be coupled to other cars.
