1) We prioritize dispatching your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. 
2) Following dispatch, please allow 1–3 business days for USPS to process the pickup, scan and activate tracking visibility. The default shipping is by SpeedPAK, after shipment a tracking number will be provided.

3) The delivery time is 14 work days normally. Sometimes due to Uncontrollable reasons, delivery may be delayed up to 1-2 days,  please contact us first if parcel doesn’t arrive after 16 days of your payment.
