Mac Clutsam’s 2011-12 home game-worn jersey is a size 54 Reebok-manufactured jersey, with the Reebok logo on the reverse neckline.
OHL logo patch on the right breast, a Reebok patch on the left breast, and 40th-anniversary patches on both shoulders.
Number 15 is stitched in red on both arms and the back, with “CLUTSAM” in red on the back nameplate.
Light wear is present, with small puck and stick marks on the bottom front and faint marks on both arms, indicating it was likely worn in only a game or two.
Clutsam’s signature, in black marker, is located over the top of the “5” on the back.
The jersey comes with a team LOA.
