This yo yo quilt has a gold backing on it.  It is open along one side of the quilt.  I am not sure if this was intentional to insert a down comforter or not.  It can be used as a duvet, or left as is or even be secured closed if you wish.  It is signed and dated 1997. The second to last pictures shows the open end of the quilt and the last picture shows one of the patches has raveled a bit. Would look best on a double/full size bed
