1. Inadequate heat dissipation may cause the cooling plate to burn out. When testing without heat dissipation, connecting power will immediately activate cooling. Disconnect power within 1 second; otherwise, the cooling plate will likely burn out. Exercise extreme caution when testing; beginners should not use this method.
2. A heat sink or water cooling system must be installed on the heat dissipation surface to prevent burnout. Apply thermal grease regardless of whether using water cooling or air cooling.
