I have a McCall's pattern #7157 that features halter dresses with a gathered front drape. The package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• Dresses have halter neckline, close-fitting, self-lined bodice and midriff, gathered bodice and skirt, back skirt extending to side front, no side seams, and narrow hem. B: Purchased trim. A, B: Gathered front drape, C: Pockets. A, C: Invisible back zipper. B, D: Back bodice extends into tie ends, elasticized back skirt.

It is a misses' sizes 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14. This is an out of production, uncut pattern.
