Item Condition

Item condition is as specified in the listing and shown in the photographs.  Generally, items are graded as follows: -

New (other) ? unused still in wrapper.

Excellent (refurbished) - either unused or in mint condition.

Very good (refurbished) - some minor marks and wear from play.

Good (refurbished) - some marks and wear from play.

Used - a more heavily used item with proportionate marks and wear.

 

eBay Refurbished Programme

Items with condition described as good (refurbished), very good (refurbished) and excellent (refurbished) are part of the eBay refurbished programme.  This programme is available only to qualified eBay sellers supplying their inventory to specified standards. 

Refurbished items are fully functional and are either pre-owned, ex-display or ex-fitting.  All have been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned.  No further refurbishment is undertaken unless specified in the listing. 

Items in this programme are backed by the eBay money back guarantee, 12 month warranty, free postage and a minimum 30 day return period.  Please refer to the eBay refurbished programme for details.

 

Accessories

Headcovers are included only if shown in the item photos.  No adjustment tool or other accessories are included.

Packaging

All clubs are bubble wrapped and packaged in a golf club box.  We use recycled packaging as void filler in the box.  Other items are despatched in boxes and/or bags.

For shipping purposes, drivers will be despatched with the head removed.  No tool is provided so Buyer will require their own tool to reassemble.

 

Delivery

Orders received before midday will normally be despatched the same working day.  Orders received after midday or on weekends/public holidays will normally be despatched the following working day.

Free standard/tracked delivery is included.  Typical delivery time is 2/3 working days.  Other delivery options are available at checkout.  Collection for local customers is also available.

Please follow the tracking on your order.  Parcels are large and we therefore suggest someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item.

Please make yourself aware of the courier terms and delivery procedure if you are not available on the date of delivery.  We do not recommend diverting your parcel to a local parcel shop or similar but, if you choose to do that, please expect a delay in the delivery time.  Also note that parcels are generally too large to be diverted to a locker.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within the period specified in the listing.  Buyer is responsible for return postage.

Items must be returned in its purchased condition.  If the item is removed from its wrapper or used in any way, then a full refund may not be due, and a partial refund will be given in line with eBay return policy.  This applies to all items whether new, used or refurbished.

 

Seller Provided Guarantee

All items, other than those described as used condition, are covered by a 12 month RTB (return to base) warranty effective from the date of purchase.  This warranty is free of charge and applies automatically to your order for applicable items purchased and used in the UK.

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defects in original materials and workmanship only.  Defects caused from misuse, wear and tear, accident or modification are not covered. 

To make a claim, please get in touch using the contact details provided in your order along with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.

We deliver to the EU and internationally via the eBay global shipping programme (GSP).  Details are available through eBay?s website.  Our discount coupons and other offers are not available to international buyers so please message us for best price before purchase.
