Special-order parts may require 5 - 45 days to reach our warehouse, depending on the manufacturer. The actual delivery date as replied by customer service shall prevail.

Canceling an Order:

• You can cancel or adjust quantities for stock parts before they are picked and special-order parts before we order them from suppliers. 
• After these points, contact us to modify or cancel your order. 
• Custom or urgent orders cannot be canceled once placed with the supplier.

Return Policy

• You have 21 days from the invoice date to return parts, with the exception of custom, urgent orders, or parts that have been opened or altered. 
• Electrical parts must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. 
• For personal reason returns, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. 
• If a return is due to damaged packaging or if we sent you the incorrect item, simply contact our customer service. We'll take care of the return shipping costs for you in these cases.
