We ship to Canada and the Continental USA only, usually by Canada Post. Shipping costs are not inflated.  Shipping charges reflect SIZE, WEIGHT, and include handling as well as the actual shipping cost. Also, at times, an item may be heavier than it appears.

RETURNS: All sales are final. eBay return policies apply. Please contact us if you have a problem with the item. We are very friendly and professional. It is always better to solve issues before they arise and before leaving feedback. While we will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, we'd like the opportunity to make it right. In the event a return is authorized, please remember that shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. The buyer must return the item in its original sent condition and packaging. Items tampered with or missing pieces will result in an immediate VOID of guarantee. The returned item will be inspected and tested before any action or refund is made to a buyer. The cost of shipping returns to the seller is the responsibility of the buyer. If we return or replace the item, we will pay for the shipping charges.
