This is from an estate sale of an avid football collector. The helmet is marked a vsr-2 official helmet . I’m thinking it’s a Royce or Andre Adams as the chinstraps are marked Adams . The back of helmet in marker does have name Warner and there is a 26 written in silver sharpy also . This is the info I have found in this . As pictured no cert
