This jacket has a fleece jacket that zips inside the outer shell. So, it is essentially 2 jackets in 1. The outer shell can be worn as a windbreaker raincoat type of thing and the fleece can be worn separately as well.  

The measurements for the fleece inner jacket include 20" pit to pit, 26" in length, and 29" sleeve. The measurements for the outer shell include 21" pit to pit, 30" length, and 32.5" sleeve.
