Can You Provide Extra Images of The Item?
Once our items are listed on eBay they are placed in storage to keep them safe until auction end. This means that we are unable to take extra images if requested.
Please be aware: All Items pictured are included. If items are not pictured which you feel should be, please assume they are not included. As our items are donated we are unsure if any accessories are missing from when the item was new.

Can I View Before Bidding?
Based on eBay's selling outside eBay policy, unfortunately we cannot allow customers to view items for sale prior to purchase.

Can I Pay Cash?
We only accept payment via the eBay managed payments system, information regarding managed payments can be found in eBay help & contact.

Can you end an auction early so that I can purchase as a BIN?
We do not offer a ?buy it now? price on our auction items, unless otherwise stated in the listing. 

What are you opening times for collections?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm. Please contact us via ebay messaging so that we can prepare your order and to arrange your collection. (FOR COLLECTION ITEMS ONLY)
