Precautions：When installing a new hydraulic roller lifters, the diesel engine should not be operated within 30 minutes (because the valve will hit the piston at this time)and it is normal to produce a noise at the initial stage of starting the engine.
Lifters Maintain：
1. The oil is dry and the wear and tear, the newly purchased hydraulic roller lifters cannot be installed directly, it needs to be infiltrated and lubricated first
2. Use inferior motor oil or the oil deteriorates. If there are too many impurities in the oil, it will aggravate the wear of the hydraulic tappet.
How to replace the lifters with appropriate thickness?
1. When the camshaft is not disassembled, write the known gap measurement on white paper! The data is A
2. Remove the tappet! Measure the thickness! Write on white paper! The data is B
3. The first thing to know! Intake valve clearance is 0.20MM Exhaust pipe clearance is 0.30MM
4. Let A + B = C. C is the total distance from the camshaft to the valve top
5. The intake valve uses C-0.20 equal to the thickness of the intake valve tappet, the exhaust valve uses C-0.30 equals the thickness of the exhaust lifters
