This camera does not power on.

Battery not charging. nothing comes on when plugged into usb.

 It will not record. It is being sold for parts.

Includes the camera shell housing, microphone, the front glass, lens cap, the internal lens and the ragecams lens cap protector that can also cover the USB port and front lens all in pristine condition.

Simply remove the two screws down deep in the battery compartment with a long Phillips screwdriver, which is not included and then push out the camera body, giving access to the front lens that says Tactacam on it this will allow you to replace your damaged front glass lens. The microphone also can be Uninstalled and replaced in a camera that needs repairing for no audio. The body of the camera housing is in perfect condition and can easily be swapped for one that is heavily worn or damaged. The buttons are also in perfect condition so you potentially could just take out the guts of your old Camera and put them in the new camera housing.
